Your Excellency,
I
have heard that Jakarta and some other areas of Indonesia
are being stricken by severe floods recently. On behalf of
the Chinese Government and in my own name, I would like to
extend to Your Excellency and, through Your Excellency to
the Indonesian people in the afflicted regions my deep
sympathy and sincere solicitude. I am confident that, under
the leadership of Your Excellency and the Indonesian
Government, the Indonesian people in the disaster area will
definitely conquer the flood and rehabilitate their
homeland.
