President Xi Jinping Appoints New Ambassadors

Recently, President of the People's Republic of China (PRC) Xi Jinping announced the appointment of the following new Ambassadors in line with decisions adopted by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC):

I. Chen Xiaodong was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of South Africa, replacing Lin Songtian.

II. Xiao Han was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Senegal, replacing Zhang Xun.

III. Yang Xiaorong (female) was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, replacing Huang Changqing.

IV. Li Ming was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Solomon Islands.
