Recently, some foreign nationals have applied for Health Declaration Form to the Chinese Embassy in Indonesia with vaccination certificates 

of non-inactivated vaccine. Considering that Indonesia will launch non-inactivated vaccination in recent days, the relevant items are as follows:

1. In principle, a China-bound passenger should receive the same type of vaccines. If different types of vaccine products are used, 

the vaccination procedure should comply with the requirements of the vaccine instructions. For passengers who have taken both inactivated 

vaccines and non-inactivated vaccines, an explanation should be made both in vaccination statement and certificate of employment when 

they apply for a health code/health declaration form. Besides, the vaccination certificate should be uploaded.

2. Passengers who have received non-inactivated vaccines should conduct Nucleic Acid (PCR) and N-protein IgM antibody tests as required. 

When both Nucleic Acid (PCR) and N-protein IgM antibody tests are negative, passengers can apply for a health code/health declaration form 

with relevant materials.

3. All China-bound passengers who have already received vaccines, either inactivated or non-inactivated vaccine, should arrange their itinerary

only14 days after completing the vaccination procedure.

4. China-bound passengers should upload required materials when applying for the health code in accordance with the tips mentioned above, 

as well as the notice released by Chinese Embassy on 27thAugust. Chinese citizens should apply for a health code in accordance with this notice.

The current situation of the pandemic in Indonesia is complex and severe. China-bound passengers should remain vigilant after vaccination and 

continue to strictly perform personal protection, and avoid all non-essential and non-urgent travels. Those who really need to go to 

China for essential reasons should plan their itinerary in accordance with the notice on remote prevention and control policy and monitor

their health carefully.
